Steven Oatley was awarded his Masters in Chemistry and Molecular Physics from the University of Nottingham in 2014. In 2016, he returned to Nottingham to undertake a PhD in computational chemistry under the supervision of Professor Jonathan D. Hirst. His current research focus is computer aided drug design, applying techniques such as molecular docking, machine learning and molecular dynamics.
