Welcome to DISSPred, our web interface for prediction of dihedral angles and secondary structure.

You can upload .fasta files to predict the dihedral angles and the secondary structure. Alternatively, if you wish to submit many files you can upload an archive.
File types that can be handled:

• .fasta
• .tar, .tar.gz, .gz, .tgz
• .zip
• .Z

Instead of uploading a file, you can also copy and paste your FASTA sequence

For additional information on the interface, please have a look at the Help section. The following datasets were used for training, testing or validation of the server:

• CB513
• PDB-Select25 (version Oct 08): subset1, subset2
• EVA subsets: set1, set2, set4, set6
